You're not stupid. Everyone who thinks, or claims, they know anything about computers has been in your position at least once. Removing or deleting files from your hard drive is easy...but dangerous if you do not know which files to delete and/or why. If you have a local "guru" talk to him/her and see if they could assist you in this...there is an easy option..I don't know what you're running on the laptop...Win XP or Vista...but in Win XP you can go to the Start button..click Accessories...click System Tools...then choose disk clean up...click it and let it do its thing. This will get rid of the more normal trash type things that get stored on a computer. To go deeper you'd have to uninstall programs etc. So...do the easy and anything else get some help.

It is probably your "Recovery" drive. If so, do not delete anything from it. You do not need to, just ignore the "drive is full" messages. That drive will only be used if and when you need to restore your computer to the way it came from the factory.

i love the position youre going with this, i pass college plenty. commonly if u pass to ur mom nd say u dont experience properly, she shud enable united statesa. off college . If she doesnt enable u say youll be no need in college besides because your feeling sick, and also you wont have the means to concentration.it quite works better in case you say experience sick the nighttime b4 so it doesnt arouse suspicion. Failing that, what ive performed some circumstances is pretend notes from my mothers and fathers that are writen by utilizing acquaintances affirming i replaced into sick the day previous and didnt are available in. Howver ive been stuck once and replaced into in deep truble so i wouldnt propose it, in worry-free words a very last motel. I dont quite have the different recommendations, the sick trick is the perfect i fink. besides sturdy success, wish it quite works! Elle, South dakota xxxxxxx

don't mess around with what you don't know about..

now (d:/) drive is loaded with your systems restore backup files. these files need to be written to a cd rom disk. for your safety.. if your computer goes down you will need it to reinstall windows and all your drivers for the hardware...

Get someone that really knows what they are doing to make the restore cd rom... don't just let anyone do it for you....

Don't delete anything !! Have a more knowledgable friend stop over and help you.
People that tell you to Just delete stuff, should not be doing that.

Double click "My computer" icon on desktop and you will find all drives of your computer including c:, d: etc.

Then click on D:, you will see various files and folder. Then you have to select and delete.
