I've used it for about 3 weeks, worked fine until yesterday, the drive doesnt even spin anymore when its plugged in, when its not plugged in, it spins for about 10 sec. then stops

Failed harddrive. you need to return it, WD has a good return policy and will replace for free up to 3 years.

It should still be under store warranty, ie 30 days. Bring it back and get it changed. Otherwise you will have to deal with the manufacturer which can be very slow.

Take it back dude, the warranty should still be valid. Just make sure that they either junk the one you return or erase it.
