ALL S.E. ASIA IS FAIRLY STABLE AT THE MOMENT - VIETNAM USED TO BE THE BREADBASKET OF ASIA AND IS RECOVERING NICELY FROM 30 YEARS OF WAR.

AFRICA IS DOING TERRIBLY. ETHIOPIA, SOMALIA, SUDAN, LIBERIA, GHANA, AND UGANDA ARE AMONG THE WORST AREAS HAVING TO COPE WITH CIVIL STRIFE, DROUGHT AND FAMINE.

UNICEF IS SAVING MANY LIVES IN AFRICA.
