18 in Florida. Most states it is 18, but Alabama is 19.

Jeez..... this question is always on answers. IT IS 18 PERIOD! If someone is flinging you against the walls or whatnot you can speak to the police, child services or your school counselor.
If it is something else figure it out as there is not grey area. Too many people are crying "emancipation" because they can't figure out how to comply. It is your family...
