Almost but not quite! Tank size is good. Basking log good. Very small water dish on the cool side--many beardies won't drink from a dish, so daily misting and weekly soaks (for adults, more often for babies) is necessary. NO CALCI SAND--AACK! Sand or other loose substrate is a great way to cause intestinal impaction. Use ceramic tile cut to fit, non-adhesive shelf liner, or reptile carpet instead. It's just not worth the risk. Loose substrate also will harbor parasites and bacteria. For a thermometer use a digital indoor/outdoor with probe (about $10.00). Tape the probe to the basking spot and set it to "outdoor". Dial and stick on thermometers can be off more than 20F. The fluorescent light needs to be a reptile bulb with both UVA and UVB--critical for calcium metabolism. Reptisun 10.0 or reptiglo 8.0 are excellent. It needs to be within 12 inches of the basking spot to be effective. Be sure to change it every 6 months as they lose potency. Incandescent is fine--put it in a dome reflector at one end of the tank so the other end is cooler (known as a temperature gradient). Using a thermostat or dimmer switch will make it easier to keep the temperature adjusted--you want it about 100F for an adult, 105 for baby. This is easier than moving the whole lamp up and down. As far as vitamins, you want Calcium with D3, no phosphorus to use a few times a week. Get a reptile multivitamin to use once a week. You also need a dish for the salad.
Also, have a place to store the crickets where they can hide, be gutloaded, and have a water source. If you need cricket advice, ask in a separate question and I'll send it (if I see it!). I like these websites for excellent advice, plus Yahoo also has a wonderful group called Pogona where you can share and ask tons of questions.

everything looks good but the sand. that is bad for them. they can eat so much of it they can get backed up and die. use newspaper. that is the best. oh and join www.dragontank.com. there is a ton of good info there. it is a free fourm. as far as lights go you need a heat light and a UBV. good luck
