I know where you are coming from, I am 15 and have recently gotten letters from publishers requesting my manustcript. I am making it and so can you. Also here is the best way to get your manuscript concidered by a publisher. You write your novel. Then write a lettter saying for example your reason behind the novel alsogive your name. Put this in an envelope with the summery of your novel, a few pages, such as the first chapter or two, and enclude a SASE( self addressed stamped envelope). Send this to publishers, more than one. If they want to see your manuscript they will send a request letter in your SASE.
Good Luck.

You have exactly the same chance that any other author with your talent has. Publishing is a business. If they think your book will make money, they will publish it. Don't compare your chances to Christopher Paolini. His parents OWNED THE PUBLISHING COMPANY. If you want as much chance as he had, get his parents to adopt you.
Two bits of advice. 1) Friends aren't necessarily the best critics of a work. I never show my works in progress to anyone. When I am ready, the best critic of my work is an editor. 2) Start talking professionally. Refer to your WIP - Work in Progress in terms of the number of words - not pages. As soon as you say "My book is 150 pages", agents and publishers think "amateur". The average length for a novel is between 90 and 150 thousand words. Always refer to the length in terms of words. The industry standard is to divide the number of words by 250 to determine the number of pages in a book.

Sorry. I'm not professional, and my advice probably isn't very good. This is more of a statemet. I'm younger than you so if you can't get published than there's no hope for getting my soon to be finished young adult novel published either. Although, if it's good enough than yes, I do think that you have a chance! Good Luck!

Francoise Sagan wrote Bonjour Tristesse when she was 17.
S E Hinton wrote The Outsiders during her junior year in high school.
Both books are still doing rather well (in print and everything).
Bear in mind though that we can't really give you any feedback until you give us something to feed on; all we've got so far is the opinions of your friends (hearsay evidence, so to speak). So if you just wanted a pat on the back and a few words of encouragement: sure--go for it, keep on writing. But we can't tell you anything more specific without seeing the text.

Don't give up your dreams. I don't think you have much of a chance anytime soon based on what little you displayed. For example, your question should be really written as two sentences. Also, you do not capitalize properly and you don't know how to spell remember. If you don't have the mechanics of writing down readers will not be willing to sift through to enjoy any content. Keep up your creativity but work on your mechanics.

You only achieve as much as you believe in. Honestly. If you believe so strongly and are so confident in yourself, then you can do it. Good luck! You can do it.

No.
I seriously hoped you didn't use internet lingo (i.e.- lol) in your novel. If you sent it out, the mailman would reject you. Don't even try kid.
You didn't give intelligent description about your novel, all you said was "coming of age." Nor did you ask anything intelligent. Judging by what you said on here, i assume your book can't be that good. And by the way, friends lie to remaind friends with you. Don't trust them.
