Did you register the drive with the manufacturer?
what you should do is contact the manufactures and have them replace the drive,, goto their support website and tell them the drive has gone down... and ask for a return to manufacturers number,

DON'T GIVE ANY DETAILS ABOUT HOW IT WENT DOWN...Or how your other drive went down. Just say you wanted a bigger drive and now it has gone down.. next buy an external case for the drive and use it through the usb port. if your having problems while it is installed inside the computer..

you may have to update you're bios to accommodate the external usb drive.if the bios dose not support external usb drives now.... you will have to look into that with the computers manufacturers

Your 2nd hard drive is still under warranty. Take it or send it back.
