no, but nintendo is currently making a new version of wii that will be able to play dvd's, and cd's, im not sure when it will be released either by the end of this year or early next year.

do you mean burnt games? You can play backup games on the wii if you get your wii modded by installing a modchip to your wii with the help of some solderring (sp?) skills. Once its modded, you can play both original and backup (burnt) games. IF you mean play music CDs, then no.

the definition of a cd is compact disk all wii games are compact disks if you meant cds that have music on them you cant now but in the future a music channel shoud be avalible

I have not found a way to do this. It also seems a rather expensive way to play "Fall Out Boy"
