I used to be one of the biggest WWE fan. I couldn't wait until Monday nights, Thursday's night ( back then ), when WWE was WWF, the Attitude Era

Remember the Corperation and the Ministries. The Old Kane ( The one with that long mask and was unstoppable), The Rock and Stone Cold riveries. DX, The Hart Foundation. ETC

I can go on and on but bring back memories is painful. Can anyone tell me what happened now?

On raw we have a hip-hop champion, on smackdown we a steroid abuse champ.
Gotta love it...

If you look back at the attitude era it was really a time where the WWF (*** the e) tried beat out WCW in the ratings, they had major competition. The nWo was going strong as hell in wcw and the fans loved it. Both companies had to work there asses off with storyline, gimmicks, etc. Its what made them better, they weren't afraid to be edgy either.

Now a days they they cut back on a lot of things that made the attitude era great, plus the brand split (raw and smackdown being seperate) also ruined things.

I recommend watching TNA on spike tv. I like it better right now.

Well mostly its because They all Retired, Another Reason is They Dont Treat Their Talent Right. Austin Was a Nobody untill They pushed him so Push Someone Else. What im Saying here is Vince is Getting Stale, He needs new Writers and New Ideas.

they had less people who run away all the time, and less stuff happening that had nothing to do with wrestling. i guess WWE is just out of their 'prime years'. maybe it had something to do with the changing of their name, WWF to WWE?
