What makes a person ugly?

Ugly is individually and socially derived. That which is ugly is anything that create a sense of disgust. As one person can be beautiful to you and ugly to me, there is no universal definition for ugly.
A common example would be the transition of "fat" having been attractive and now being ugly. From the day of Reubens, round, zoftic, heavy women were considered beautiful. The same woman today would be considered ugly and disgusting -- at least socially. Some still find this attractive.

Because you just said "what makes a person ugly" then people should answer how people look ugly! A person can look ugly if they are fat, have pimples, a weird hair style, a red face, a big nose, a pointy nose, (AKA: Illuminati confirmed nose) small eyes, HUGE lips, yellow teeth, HUGE ears, blond and brown eyes together, big, puffy orange hair, having long hair and have it ALL dyed a dark colour/green. No offence but I am just being honest and answering the question.

We all have flaws, so we can't really judge each other. We're all perfect, because we're the way that God made us. The personality is what makes an individual ugly, not their looks. Nobody is better than anybody. We're all on the same team if you think about it. There is no just "Team New York," or "Team Australia." It's "Team Universe"
We're all PINK on the inside, the beauty is in our differences. So what if someone has pimples and bruises? It's natural. (:

Appearance plays a small part, everyone would agree even though they don't want to admit it. However personality DOES play the biggest part. Someone who is rude, disrespectful, selfish and a liar is an ugly person.

Honestly, nobody is ugly. The only thing in a person that can be ugly is honestly there personality. If you've ever heard the quote "Maybe you should eat makeup so you can be beautiful in the inside too".

A persons attitude NEGATIVE attitude and their arrogance and being self centered that what makes people ugly if they are not very nice people and they are full of them self no matter what they look like to me they are UGLY.
