It seems like Republican Presidential hopefuls have been hesitant in mentioning Bush's name but have no problems with discussing current problems in the administration.

Distancing yourself from an incumbent the opposition has successfully tarred is not exactly a political abnormality.

Still, for those who hope the GOP can find it's conservative gonads, the Al Goreishness is a bit troubling.

It's called thinking independantly.

Only people who demand that a candidate subordinate their own integrity to a dictatorial party ideology would call it disloyalty.

I can't fault anyone for not backing bush. It shows they are paying attention.
