Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has stated that
will visit Ground Zero on Monday, September 24th
regardless of the denial of his request to visit the
site. His visit is slated to occur on Monday at 10:00
AM. As I know his country & government has been established as terrorists , his is suspicious to have deals with Al-Qaeda members, the UNO told him to stop unariun enrichment program (to make massive destruction guns) or at least decrease it, and what he did?? AND HE INCREASE IT !! and many many many other between violations to the human rights ond others. AND THIS A.S.S.H.O.L.E IS GOING TO NEW YORK ????. My question is: can he be stopped in US territory and make him go back, can Bush do something about it, or just because this terrorist is a powerful president can he do whatever he want???

Thanks for answer.

he is going because the Columbia university president invited him to talk, and he is also adressing the UN. we are a free society so we allow people to go where they want while here, with a few exceptions. if this is unfair to you contact the Columbia trustee's and tell them to remove the man who invited him and don't send your kids to Columbia.

He is going because he is speaking at the UN -- and that is allowed whether we like him or not.

And under the laws that we have enacted, he can do anything that any other person not in custody can do -- and that includes going to any place in New York that is open to the public.

As for the other complaints --- they don't relate to the legal issues -- no matter how much we think he's doing bad things, and no matter how much we don't like him -- the law is the law. And I'm talking about US laws.

more important...why is it this leader of Iran able to face students at Columbia for questions and answers without a script. our president could not.

on 9/11 Iran was one of the first to send the people of America their respects.

when we invaded Afghanistan, Iran was supplying a stream of intelligence critical in toppling the taliban.

the people of Iran lean west, insulting their leaders is something only they have a cultural ok to do.

shall i go on...

He was invited by Columbia University as a guest speaker.
He has spoken to the UN before; & ridiculed George Bush.
This is a test of our belief in free speech!

I expect he will be roundly criticized, by those who hear him.
But he'll get his chance to speak his unpopular position.
Perhaps we can make him understand democracy.

If this terrorist actually makes his way to ground zero on Monday, I will forever consider all New Yorkers to be gutless weasels. What happened to the REAL New Yorkers of old?

Sorry to be blunt, he only want's to be an ***. What better way to get back at the American people than to "lecture" our college students and visit a nation mourning ground. He just wants to spit in our faces. I hope this racist bastard gets shot in the streets. (;

I am appalled that this monster is coming here. He can be stopped if our governent really wanted to STOP it. I'm sure he has seen a hole of destruction with 3,000 + names attached to it before don't you?
