i dont understand ?? is he just not attracted to me ? would that affect him wen we try to have kids?? how can he stop this addiction?? i had a miscarriage 6 months ago could this have been the reason? he keeps putting off the idea of getting his sperm checked and idk why??? please help

i have to add in addition we have been to counseling which doesnt help and i give it to him every day meaning he ejaculates about 4 times a day.. he doesnt masturbate to anything just starts touching himself in bed in the shower i dont get it

No, it's not normal. I can't even imagine doing it 3 times a day. Is he still in his teens? That's almost painful to think about.
Foremost, I think sex should be less about the physical and more about the emotional connection. Maybe your husband doesn't think that way, or doesn't take long enough with the encounter to even notice the difference. If he's only interested in the physical, then he probably just likes his hand a lot, and doesn't care that it doesn't have emotions.
It's definitely something he needs to address within himself.
As far as the sperm check, how in the world could he be afraid to jack off in a cup?

If he is masturbating to the point where you feel neglected or feel that he would rather self gratify then spend time with you sexually....this IS NOT normal. He needs to see a therapist to see if this is an addiction and why he feels the need to masturbate so often....I really don't think masturbating often will effect a man's sperm count.

Yeah, very normal. I used to masturbate up to 7 times a day, even on school days. No joke. I was a horny little thing in my pubescent years..

It shouldn't affect his sperm count, but it is kinda weird........especially when you have a WIFE! Now, the question is, "What is he mastubating to?" Mags, pictures of OTHER women, or pics of you? There may be a more serious problem than just the fact that he's masturbating......coninuously......

You must really stink in bed. There comes a time in a guys life where it usually feels better to do it yourself because your wife doesnt do it right, or isnt available when u want it.
