I am begging for someones help!!!?

i am trying to burn a cd from rhapsody.com. I keep putting different blank cds in the cd drive but my computer keeps telling me that i need to " insert a bland cdr" Can someone help??? ps and the cds i put in r brand new and i now for a fack that they are blank.

let's eliminate the simple: are you loading the blank CDs upside down?

I had this problem with my old PC. I think it was the Cd's themselves because when I put a memorex brand disk in it burned the disk with no problem.
