It's gotta be Manute Bol, handsdown! At 7'6" tall, the guy weighs less than 200 lbs with shoulders too narrow that his jersey always seems to be hanging limply on him. He looked like a pogo stick running around the floor. But he was an incredible shot-blocker and could shoot the 3!

Tayshaun Prince. He's so skinny, it's sad. Every time he's playing defense, and someone drives at him, I'm always afraid to watch the contact. Remember when LeBron drove right at him, he cowered away?
He's something like 6'9" and not even 200 lbs. NBA.com says 205, but I don't believe that. More like 170 or 180.

Manute Bol was the skinniest at 7'7" and only 200 pounds.
His BMI is only 17.5 and if you below 18.5 or above 24.9 its unhealthy.
