No, it would be totally useless for me to know - if I knew then I would invariably try to change what I did on that day. Then the knowledge of my death would be rendered useless and that would cause me to wonder even more.

Why would I want to worry about it then!

Death and life and both sides of the same coin called existence. You can't have one without the other.

And in many instances, like in extreme suffering from old age, illness, war.....death is a mercy. Once a person has passed on, nothing - poverty, illness, fear, war - will ever affect them again. They become untouchable.

So just live and let live.

Probably not. If you knew when you were going to die, what's the point of living? I'm sure you would make better choices but that is like asking, would you rather go to Heaven or Hell?

If you do good to others in this world when you are alive then you are going to die a peaceful death and if you are horrible you will die a horrible death. It all depends. It is as good as give and take policy.

It's exremely tempting and I would think I would like to know one day, but the one day is when it happens. I don't want to know when I will die. I want to let life take it's course.

I'd like to know where I'm going to die, then I'd just avoid the place.
