Hi.uh.. sorry for asking this..this was just the only anonymous place i could think of asking a question. I really need advice..
I have this friend, hes 15, he gets bullied a lot in school, he doesnt come from a very nice family, alot of his family are in and out of prison and theyre really poor, this doesnt matter to me but, theres a group of guys at our school who pick on him because of this. there older then him/us. hes stopped coming to school recently.. and i got called into the office to talk to my principle about where he was, and when i last saw him, i just thought he was ill so i hadn't bothered tryin to contact him until then. i didnt tell my parents about that when i got home. i wanted to speak to him though, before the school got a truancy officer involved. so i saw him this weekend.when i spoke to him finally, we talked for ages, and he told me that he got raped by these boys last week. he trusts me to not say anythin to any1. i read male rapes not illegal. can sum1 help

This is a terrible thing that has happened to your friend and rape is rape and these bullies should be prosecuted. Tell your parents and the guidance counselor. this is too big of a burden for any kid to carry and your friend needs to be protected so it doesn't happen again. Be there for this boy. He is already feeling badly about his life and now this. It is not only sad for him but it is an illegal criminal assault that they need to be put in jail for. Keep talking to him and being his friend. Tell him that you know this was in no way his fault and that you will stand by him throughout whatever happens next because that is what friendship is about.

The Definition of Rape is as follows: any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person. This can even be saudomy with a forign object. Rape is Rape, and what these people did to him is illegal, and punishible by law. I know it's difficult for him, but he should really seek some help from an adult who he can trust. If he family won't help him, he should go to the hospital and report the rape. They can preform an exam that will help to dertermine that he infact has been raped. Then they can go after the people that did it to him. Hope this helped!

Sorry to hear about you friend. I will tell you though, rape of any kind by anybody is illegal, be it a man on a woman, woman on a man, man on a man and so on.

Rape is never legal for anyone. He should report it. I don't think it is your place to report it. Sounds like you are probably one of his few friends. Just continue to be there so that he will have someone to talk to.
