You're right, there really are some off topic answers here!
I would have to say a persons ignorance in relation to other countries, cultures etc. It seems so many people today rely on stereotypes and other nonsense they see on South Park, or some other sort of TV show, movie or whatever. Too many generalizations, misconceptions and poor information being fed to gullible people by various sources.
So, people that can't think for themselves and let the spin doctors, and supposed reliable media sources do their thinking for them has been known to upset me from time to time I suppose.

I get a little irritated when other drivers turn without signalling when I could have entered the intersection if I'd know they were going to turn. Also when drivers cut their turns across a traffic lane and when they are driving stupid and talking on the cell phone at the same time.
God must have a special angel to watch out for stupid people, because these aren't usually the one I see in wrecks.

When people drive and talk on their cell phones at the same time. Heck, most of them can't drive, without the added distraction. Peace!

First of all it has to be racists, they should be sent back to the twilight zone where they came from. Secondly, it has to be the guy stood next to you at a bar, thats had way too much to drink and talks absolute SH**E in your ear, priceless!!!
