can u have dial up internet and make it wireless, also can you have dial up internet and not a home phone?

no you can't make dial up wireless all routers use ethernet cables and you don;t have to have phone to have dial up but you will have to have phone jacks in the house and by a subscription to dial up

yes you can but it would not be worth the effort or money. with dial-up the FCC doesn't allow connection rates greater than 53.3 kbps. so even if you were in a local loop 1 with no impairments on the line and achieved the highest connection rate of 53.3 the actual data transfer rate would be around 12-15 kbps depending on the type of files being transferred. now that's only one problem. the 2nd is the hardware that is needed. you would need an external modem that has a RS232 interface and a Wi-Fi router that has a RS232 interface.

If it`s a land line connection (hard wire) NO!
You can have a dedicated hard line dial up internet connection and no phone! Yes (Computer dials for you)
Dial up connections are sssssssssssssllllllllllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! 3500 baud.

Both questions, no.

A dial-up modem operates totally different then a router and only works off a telephone line as the dial modem can only communicate with a regular telephone wire and connection.
