it's an area in nevada that supposedly the government has all the alien info and does all their secret stuff that they don't want us to know about

They say is where the US Gov. kidnap Beings from another planet when they visit this one without papers.But...
The Gov.keeps blaming it on them for not being allowed to have an Embassy and Military bases.
A sort of Guantanamo for Foo explorers identified as "unlawful combatants",fighters,threat,etc.
