I had trouble with a company and requested a refund how long will it take to get the money back in my account?

Best thing to do is to ask the company how long it will take for a refund to be placed back into your acct. Each company has a different time frame. And everytime you talk to someone at the company get their name write down the date and the approx time. The reason for this is if for whatever reason the refund never gets there you can attempt (I can't promise it'll work) but you can attempt to file a claim against the company through your banking institution. Unless it's a refund at a retail store or something along those lines having a successful claim through your bank is a little difficult but it's always worth a shot and your bank will usually do every thing they possibly can to help you. but the more information you have about whom you talked to at the company and when, the better your chances are of it being successful.
