I just was wondering what do u think are the risk taken by the boys accused & their Families & the school ?

The risk is over they got caught . They should recieve some form of punishment not to harsh but not to light either. The famlies are getting harasing phone call and threats.but no mention of the kid's who hung the noose to start this problem . What it does show is were are going backwards or the kids dont give a crap . Or that them hooded people will rise again , as crap does float like in a ceptic tank Im a white yankee with friends of all kinds. of race and culture ..

I will admit 25 years is a little harsh but lets look at the facts, 6 young men did head stomp one person and beat him senseless. That is assault and battery. They should do no less than 3 years each. As far as the boys who hung the nooses I think probation and therapy is appropriate and perhaps a public apology to the community.

The risk? They are facing 25-100 years in prison. How about being locked up for the reast of your life. Thats a risk!
