That's a very good question... The RAW has been out since Thursday, and both Shinsen-Subs and AnimeYoshi are doing the fansub. They don't really have scheduled releases, and neither of them are known for their speed. That being said, I'd predict that that the fansub will be out by Wens. at the latest.

Kaze no Stigma episode 24 will most likely be coming out in a week or so, because of delations and because of marathons also they are working on another anime is what i hear.
