A cupcake place where they'll charge $4.00 for 1 cupcake no larger than your fist. All they would sell are cupcakes that are similar to the ones you get at the market for 1/3 of the price. Then, the insane customers would wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour or more to get these cupcakes. Then it will be featured on a very popular day-timeTV show, and all these insane celebrities will go there just to spend there insane amount of money. It will turn the whole nation insane just for cupcakes.

A criminally insane person might open up a soup kitchen for the homeless people in his neighbourhood and pick out 1 or 2 every 3 months and kill them and harvest there organs to sell on the black market, naturally he would grind up the body in the kitchen and make chili out the meat from the dead homeless people he harvests for organs, and he would feed them to the hungry people who come and eat at the soup kitchen.
