If you just had a new radiator installed it is likely that orange antifreeze was installed, it is a newer formula, antifreeze comes in 3 colors, green and orange are made from ethelene glycol, pink, which is used to winterize plumbing and rvs is made from propolene glycol. the orange that you are refering to is the new formula long life antifreeze. the difference is that green and orange use different corrosion inhibitors.

What you are seeing is rust. but believe it or not as long as you have the right mixture the rust wont effect the ability of the antifreeze to keep your car from freezing. I hope you didnt allow them to sell you a FLUSH too. the chemicals in the flush wash away the corrosion protection put in the engine when its new.

The inside of the radiator is starting to rust out, only way to stop it is to buy another radiator. You can get one that is made out of a hard plastic which work's well except in certain climate's.

it sounds like its mixing with transmission fluid or something, either that or its rust from the engine that will change the color of it,other than that there's no reason for it to change colors,if you used the red in it ,it will lighten up some, but never seen it turn orange before, good luck with it.
