The states will retain absolutely nothing if Hillary has her way. I would like to know where the power to dictate what doctor you can see, what a pre-med student may study or specialize in, or whether or not you choose to have health insurance is granted to the federal government in our constitution.
And once that genie is out of the box...there's no end to the myriad of legislation that can be crafted to constrict our activities under the guise of "It's better for your health"

According to the 10th Amendment as written -- the states retained any powers not explicitly listed as belonging to the federal govt.
According to the 10th Amendment as currently interpreted (for at least the last half-century) -- the states have anything left over after the federal govt has claimed whatever it wants.
