RobertJ - there is no official two party system....there's nothing in the Consitution about them....there no legal basis for their having the power and influence over the election process they have....why should a party affiliation be part the registration process.... even to say you're an Ind.? Why should someone's Party affiliation be on the ballot?

It's not possible to even create a viable third party because the two party system has a stranglehold on the government. It seems that neither party follows the citizen's wants. They are all about what is in it for them, what they can get, who they can influence, and bribes. Thomas Jefferson had the right idea.

Thomas Jefferson needed usa to be an agrarian united states of america, relatively than a producing united states of america. He could be in want of unfastened commerce, relatively than the value lists on imports proposed by ability of his opponent, Alexander Hamilton. Jefferson could want legislations reaping benefits farmers. yet another one among his massive subject concerns became freedom of religion, so he could be an excellent opponent of Nancy Pelosi, who needs to criminalize some non secular speech. proscribing my selections to the main significant events, i think of he could be a Republican.
