This may be a reaction as has been mentioned to a premenstrual syndrome, though you do not complain of other issues related to PMS. It could be related to a hormonal or menstrual migraine, though you have not provided enough symptoms to state this is the case either.
Ideally, plan to see your GP. If you are currently on your cycle, then start keeping a menstrual calendar. When you are one day before your cycle, start taking an analgesic medication to prevent, such as naproxen, ibuprofen, or paracetamol. If and or when you get the headaches, write down all symptoms, where the headache is felt, type of pain (throbbing, stabbing, etc)when it starts and how long it last, other symptoms, like nausea, vomiting, intolerance of light and/or sound. This information is critical in deciding what is the cause of your headaches and how best to manage them.
If it is due to PMS, there are treatments to decrease the stressors which are associated and decrease the risk of headache. If it is a menstrual migraine, there are specific medications designed for menstrual migraine, which provide approximately 72 hours of coverage to get young women through the hormonal change period. But the proper diagnosis must be made first, and a thorough history and physical examination is required.

This is very common. Sounds like you have PMS. You can get a prescription for this from your doctor, especially if the headaches are so bad that they are interfering with your life!! Until then, you can try motrin, tylenol, advil, aleve, or other over the counter stuff for pain... and try using a cold or warm compress on your head (which ever feels better) during the headache... turn off all the lights and lay down in a quiet room until it passes.
