I don't mean sth like Pero's bullshit, but a party that has beliefs and values.

There are many parties that have specific beliefs and values -- the libertarian being one of the most consistent and enduring.

And it's not really a "third pole" so much as an entirely different axis -- both Democrats and Republicans are currently big government, big spending -- which puts them at the same pole along that axis, and opposite the Libertarian party.

Then again, the current Democrats have pretty much pushed liberal values aside for a more socialist agenda, and the Republicans opposed both liberalism and socialism -- meaning that a third pole on that spectrum could exist -- with the Libertarians taking over in promoting civil liberties, which the Democrats stopped doing some time ago.
