The early Christians smashed so many of the Greek art works that no matter how hard you dig for information you will come up with only a few that are contemporary with the times of full worship of the Greek Pantheon. Like much of the Christian portraiture, most of the Greek Gods and Goddesses portraiture was conceived in the teen centuries CE and has little to do with reality and much to do with artistic license for a paycheck.

Well, there are many images of the Greek deities in paintings (check museum sites--the Getty has quite a few). Also, there is line-art for most of them based on recovered statuary here: http://gogreece.about.com/cs/mythology/a/godsclipart.htm
