Lost to the Packers may be no longer part of the Big 3. Normally when u fire a head coach your suppose to re-lace them with somebody better. I think Norv Turner is too soft.

Regardless they should have beaten the Packers and I could understand losing to the Patriots but getting blown out the way they did. Norv Turner already has proven background of not being a good head coach stick to being offensive coordinator, i just hope they at least make the playoffs.

The sports writers and analysts overwhelmingly agreed that the Chargers will win it all. So the Chargers got it way into their heads. And this season, all other teams are more prepared for Tomlinson. It's having no heart, and not practicing as much. But you really can't blame them for losing to Patriots and Packers. Packers' defense is good this year, and the offensive linemen are finally protecting one of the greatest QB of all time. And Patriot cheat, so you know they'll win.

Norv Turner you suck my fantasy team is doing bad because LT isn't getting the numbers he had last year. AJ Smith your'e *** is fired as a GM. You fired Marty and replaced your head coach spot with someone who sucks in Norv Turner. and you lose your HC, OC, and DC that is a tough break. They will adjust the chemistry with the coaching by week 6. AJ Smith should have hired Ron Rivera to be his head coach but you made him Shawn Merriman's LB coach.

They should have kept Marty S. They lost to a better team in the playoffs last year (not the coach's fault) and went up against a tough defense today in Green Bay. They simply got outplayed.

As a San Diegan, I hate it. Blame the players, not Marty, for the loss against the Patriots. Marty built the team up into what very recently was. If the stupid manager had kept him, the Chargers would win the Super Bowl this year, and I could write that in blood. Chargers, please do something!

the chargers are over-rated by a big margin. Marty was a great coach for that team and the city of San Diego just got mad about one playoff loss so they canned him in favor of a lesser coach. thats just stupid ownership. also, the team has absolutely no outside threat. their wide receivers are awful.

Injuries are going to hurt the Chargers this season. No Jamal Williams = 7+ yards per rush.
