please let me know i'm looking for a friend and i really need to talk to him his cell phone is not working.

i need someone that lives in memphis tenn. I need someone to go to the state fair and find someone for me before i have to have my surgey. and have him call me we need to talk before i go and this will be the best thing anyone can ever do for a single mom that might not live. So please help me.
