yes...but I feel as if animal rights are put above human rights. Soon animals will have a better chance at getting married than gays/lesbians....and that is just messed up!

To a certain extent
I don't like that in some circumstances, animal rights are put above human rights
but I do believe that animals deserve to be treated humanely.

Yes! They are beings. Not human beings , but animal beings. They have a brain, heart, and nerve endings like ourselves. So therefore, they feel pain both physical and mental. They get hungry and thirsty like we do. Animals were on this earth before we were.
