Its about a little blonde boy that gets lost in New York but its a comedy. The movie follows a childs book. Everything that happens to the little boy is in the book.

It is definitely Baby's Day Out Lara Flynn Boyle was the mom, Cynthia Nixon was the nanny and baby's character name was Baby Bink. One of the places he visits is the veterans hospital and the zoo. The whole thing starts after the baby is kidnapped and crawls away.
