The major newspaper in Houston would be a good place to start but that will also get you a lot of lookie loo's that have no intention of really buying anything.

Your best bet would be to find a commercial Realtor that only does businesses. He will screen out the people that have no way of buying a business and bring you real buyers.

Look at other businesses that are for sale in the newspaper and see which business broker has the most listings. That is normally a good place to start.

There should be an Association of DryCleaners where you can advertise that your Dry Cleaners is for sale.

Contact your Dry Cleaners Association for information:
National Cleaners Association
259 West 29th street
New York, NY 10001
800-888-1622
http://www.nca-i.com

Advertise in the Greensheet, if it is still published.
