I'm trying to install a TV tuner on my PC and it's not working. Everything is installed correctly regarding hardware and software but when I check the device drivers on my PC I get an error message that says: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Check in "Add or Remove Programs" through Control Panel if the Tuner software is there. Uninstall if found there.
Then try reinstalling driver BUT this time with ALL startups disabled.
Click Start, click Run, type msconfig, OK. Select Startup tab, disable all, apply. You may have to restart your PC. Install the driver. If Tuner now works, enable your startups again in msconfig.
