Please no rude comments. I'm 14 years old and I'm kind of flat chested. Will I still grow. I feel self conscious sometimes especiallly because I have bigger hips and a small chest. I don't want a big chest just something that would look proportionate to the rest of my body. I 'm pretty skinny so that might be a reason. Is there any hope.

yes there is hope! my aunt was flat until she was 19 and grew c-cups! you know your not fully developed until I believe 19. dont worry about it, though i know how hard it is to be 14 i was extremely insecure cuz i had a big butt and no boobs. play up your bottom half :)
i recently got a boob job b/c i was so insecure (im 23) having b-cups and honestly, big ones are overrated. i dont even care about them!

Yes, there's hope. Don't worry! You will grow. You probably won't be done growing until about 22, and if you have babies, then they will grow again. For now, you can wear padded bras, or inserts if it really bothers you. And big hips are a turn on for lots of guys, especially if you are skinny every where else, so don't worry about that either. Just try to realize that even though it may seem like it now, having breasts is not everything... and you should feel lucky that it's not reversed- that you don't have really huge breasts, since that can be even worse!

You have plenty of years of growing to do. When I was 14 I was a AA cup and I'm 23 now and I'm close to a D cup. I didn't really develop a chest until I was closer to 16. They got bigger when I start taking the pill at 19 and then got even bigger when I had my son at 22.

You have LOTS of time. Breasts grow until a woman is 25. You still have over 10 years to grow!

Don't worry! You have plenty of time to let them grow and before you know it it's as big as you want them to be.

usually skinny girls are like that most guys dont like that, but a few do, if your 14 dont get ur hopes up too much though.

You have plenty time to develop your breast. It's will grow, when you get older. Everything will be normal. You will be perfect fine.

there is hope but the thing is that my cousin was 17 when she got bigger chest. just where a bra with paper init till it really grow
