Olympic and Brittanic were her sister ships with the Olympic being built simutaneously. All three were sunk for various reasons. I saw a recent story about a simple key being auctioned off that could have prevented the Tintanic from sinking....it was the key to the crow's nest's binoculars locker and would have afforded them an earlier sighting of the iceberg but when the watch changed, the crewman in charge of the locker didn't turn over the key to the new shift so they had no access to the binoculars. Amazing story.
