Just need a little clarification on the internal market. what are some services offered by the providers, for example is an actual hospital building with nurses and doctors a service.

It's a meaningless re-arranging of the bedpans by a Socialist institution operating with Monopoly suppliers ...

... exactly how is it possible for 'providers' to 'offer' any variation of 'services' ? .. and what mechanism exists for the 'pricing' of these 'services' ? ... when the ONE vital element required for any Market to exist EXCLUDED from the process ?

Face it - whilst the Patient is not even consulted (never mind (god forbid) be permitted to make any sort of choice and is never even told the cost let alone expected to actually pay, the concept of any sort of 'market' operating is meaningless ...

It's like suggesting we hold a Football match and then excluding the visiting Team (as well as locking the doors to spectators) ..
