Places like Dubai,Tokyo will look like someting out of a Sci-Fi movie. Places like Washington & New York will look more like a dumpster. San Francisco, England, and Southen Florida will become like New orleans Louisianna due to Huricanes,floding and The BIG one for San Francisco and maybe the L.A area.

Most cities will be underwater eventually. That's because most cities were built around coasts. The world population is only becoming bigger, people are using more resources than ever before, and the earth just cannot keep up with so many people and their demands. It also has to do with the earth's natural temperature cycles... the earth is getting warmer, not cooler.
In terms of transportation and buildings, I don't think a lot will change. In the 60s people thought that by the year 2007 life would be almost like the Jetsons, but it's actually hardly any different. Air quality will get worse for sure.

People will all whizz around in personal spaceships, poor people will be able to afford laptops and the rich will have time machines. There will be no wars and everyone will hold hands in a circle and be happy. Also globalisation will mean everyone will have a good american lifestyle and there will be no need for laws because the middle east and evil will have been completely erradicated so everyone will be nice to one another. Communists will have been educated and persuaded away from their beliefs and the poor will accept their predicament without resentment towards those richer than them.

about the same as they do now. only a little more crumbly. probably a lot taller buildings, hopefully hover cars (but probably not), and hopefully lots of metal, shiny shiny metal.
also probably on the moon
