No, those that you name were leaders and Hillary is a follower. She consistently looks to polls to determine what her positions should be. Unless she has the courage of her convictions she will be hamstrung by the electorate as she will have never let us know what it is she believes in or wants to do with the presidency.
The only thing we know for sure is that she wants to be President and she is willing to say anything if it looks like that will lead to the Presidency.
Ghandi, Thatcher and Mier were quite clear about their beliefs prior to running for the office.

It doesn't really matter how powerful you think Hillary will be as president cause it is the Congress that has the true power.
Let's face it. There are two legislative offices compared to one executive office so you do the math.
There are 535 congress persons compared to 1 president.
