Well either Penzoil or Valvoline would be my choice between them. I prefer Mobil 1 but thats just me. Never liked Quaker State but if your gonna use any of them I recommend a full synthetic just because it holds up longer than dinosaur oil does. But its all in personal preference just keep it changed and you will be fine if it wasnt a good oil they would be out of business by now.

I'd say spend a little extra and buy full synthetic oil no matter what brand. This oil is slicker than conventional oil and does not cook off in very high heat conditions. It is what the military uses in tanks, ships, etc...

I've used Castrol Syntec in all of my cars and never had problems with abnormal wear of internal moving parts.
