The water ager is not a problem, it is impossible to overdose. The algae killing chemical, however, likely contains things that can be harmful to fish, inverts, and plants, so I would be very sparring with those dosages. The best way to prevent algae is to only allow the tank 10-12 hours of light a day and feed your fish lightly to prevent excess nutrients. Email me if you have any questions.

A few drops shouldn't be a problem. If you spill a ton in it may harm the fish, but if this is a worry then you should add it in the water you add during partial water changes, and not directly to the tank.
