I wouldn't want my child calling another woman, "mom" I'm the only mom of my child. I'd suggest using miss (first name). I knew someone who called their childcare giver momma lee. the biological mother didn't mind. It bugged me. I wouldn't want my child calling anyone else momma even with their name. Certainly, the child would naturally find a less formal name to call their childcare giver but momma wouldn't be the one.

It depends on how she treats the kids. If they like her and feel as though she is a mother figure, then yes they do...but they don't like her, and arent' sure why she's there...then no.

When I watched a T.V show on HBO, "BIG LOVE" it was a show on polygamy, and yes they called the wives mom.

I would think the children would only call their own mother "mom" and maybe the rest of the moms by their names. idk.

THEY ONLY CALL THEIR MOTHER "MOTHER" THEY CALL THE OTHER MOMS BY MRS...WHATEVER
