Who remembers the 'Banana Splits' and is there any other fans out there...?

yes I loved them go to you tube and you can relive the theme tune!
Drooper was my favoutite

Take a banana
Cut it in half lengthways
Put it on a plate (u can get special one for that)
Scoop two or three of Vanilla Ice Cream
Spoon fruit salad over the ice cream (optional)
Take whipped cream & pipe over ice cream mounds
Add vermicillian or hundreds&thousands
Pour over chocolate and/or Butterscotch/Toffee Sauce
Add a cherry or two
OMG YES.....

The Arabian Nights cartoon within the show was even better. 'Size of a banana!'

I remember them. The costumes never quite fit and the mouse with the square glasses always looked as though he was tired.
