You can make up your own mind:
Our sun is a star. It has planets orbiting around it which forms our solar system. It is one star of BILLIONS just in our own Milky Way galaxy. There are BILLIONS of galaxies, each with hundreds of BILLIONS of stars in them. Some of those stars will have planets orbiting them as well. We are the only proven life in the miniscule slice of our solar system which we have explored. Mathematically it is highly probable that whatever caused life to bloom here on Earth has also occurred in other places. When there are untold billions of solar systems similar to our own, not only is alien life possible, it is likely.

We'll probably never know. Most astronomers believe it is likely that there are other intelligent life forms out there somewhere on alien planets in our galaxy or some other galaxy. But the universe is so vast that our chances of ever contacting them are very slim.
Even if they are in our own galaxy, they are probably not within a thousand light years. Even if they are broadcasting radio signals, it would take at least a thousand years for them to reach us, and a thousand years to send a reply. In that time either their civilization or ours could die out.
We have no technology that would allow for us to travel to their planet, and don't know if there ever can be a way to do that. For the same reason, it is extremely unlikely that any aliens have ever visited earth.

People always think "aliens" like Star Trek junk and E.T. ,
hahahaha Anything could be alien!
Earth is nothing, and by far the most over-rated planet in the galaxy.

of course they do. an alien would be any other living life form not from earth. it could even be a microscopic germ. the universe is HUGE there are billions of galaxies, planets and stars. we cant be the only living thing right? probably not in this solar system but there has to me other living things. who knows if they've come to earth though. maybe we'll find out someday. hope i helped. try some research if you want to.

To think that we are the only species in a whole, but nevertheless a whole universe (which probably a collection of billions, if not trillions of planets) is absolutely pathetic. It's not like planets are only here just for our amusement (you know bhow interested people are when they heard news about planets that harbors life, or have signs of life in it)

i worked in los alamos for several years. we were all very upset when "men in Black" was released. that was all supposed to be secret stuff. most of the movie was filed in and around our labs in the New Mexico desert. fortunately, most of the viewers thought of it as a comedy, and did not realize it was a documentary. Will Smith and the rest of the cast, as well as the director, have been on a "watch" ever since.

You people are wierd......Of course there are aliens. There are billions of galaxies in the universe and there are countless numbers of other stars out there. So do you think we are the only living things in the universe? (we live with one star along with millions of others in one galaxy >.>) honestly people use your brains.

"Alien" means "not native". But, if you mean space aliens, do you think that among billions of lightyears with trillions of solar systems and quadrillions of planet, there would only be one planet with native life.
Possibiltiy that they are near: Slim
Possibility that they visited us: Slimmer

Hell yea they do. Dont chalk it up to coincidence for all these UFO sightings. They colonized us and are coming back to check up on us. There is plenty of proof of that. They are right now living on our planet working along side us in schools,as scientists and they are also trying to save our planet.
