from a human point of view, we think about it as something too complex, we're too complex, from a butterfly's point of view, the world must be beautiful. but we cant achieve world peace with so many ambitions other than it. its a huge delusion

With a subject like world peace, the reality has to be separated from the ideal.
Like the first line in the US Constitution, "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union..."
"...a more perfect union" would imply that it is a perfect union. Most rational people realize the United States is not a "perfect union." However, the words written in the US Constitution outline the ideals (as perceived by the framers) for a "perfect union."
Will we ever achieve exacting world peace...unlikely. The idea, however, is to continually strive toward improvement, whether it is to form a more perfect union or world peace.

Yes. The term is often used but rarely does anyone describe what would satisfy the use of the word.
The best we can do is to extricate ourselves from the conflict and aggression of others and lead peaceful lives ourselves. The more people who do this, the greater the chance of some day seeing a world peace.
