I like almost anything, just not Horror.
I really enjoy Biographies and movies based in real stories, and movies about/from different countries and cultures.

I like Sci-Fi movies. I've been watching the Alien series this week. Just finished up Alien Resurrection yesterday. Now wandering which series to watch next.

I love comedy and documentary movies.
I won't pay only to get scared (Horror movies), or to get tensed (Suspense), or to get pissed off (Political), or to get emotional (Drama). I watch movies to give myself a good treat of humor and the laughs so as to release all the tensions of the day.
I watch documentaries because I want to amaze myself with the probabilities of truth. I find them very useful in establishing facts and clarity over the wondering of the mind.

these are some movies that I think are philosophical because they deal with philosophical issues The Seventh Seal (death) The Game (with Michael Douglas--what is the really real?) Eternal Sunshine (some people think this is cheesy, but it does get into the nature of memory and effect on life) Eraserhead (not for its dealing with philosophy so much but makes for good philosophical analysis b/c I've only seen the movie once, but remember and often unconsciously recall the images and feelings and sounds in the movie in clear and haunting way) The Matrix Trilogy (this might be the Queen of recent philosophical movies--it hits on everything, ethics, epistemology, and metaphysics)

I'll watch about anything too but, I tend to watch action movies. I guess I must have a mild case of ADHD, for nothing I watch holds my attention for all that long when it comes to movies except action ones. I can actually sit through one without going to doing something else. I haven't watched any for awhile now. The last one I watched was 300 I thought it was a good movie. Thanks..You too Moon!

All kinds.. It's hard without naming them.
Forest Gump has always been my favourite. I like classics, especially Alfrred Hitchcock movies. I also like LOTR and HP. I like PoC, especial At World's End. I like the Skeleton Key and Secret Window. I like Edward Scissorhand. I like Die Hard 1 2 3 4. like the Witches of Eastwick. And the list goes on and on and on.
I even like animation.... :-)

I love movies, it is my favorite hobby. I love Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Eragon, Matrix - sci-fi and fantasy kind of movie. I also like romance, drama and comedy. I like Brave Heart, Gladiator, Troy, 300 - war/adventure movies.

I'll watch just about anything and be entertained by it but two days later I couldn't tell you the plot. This has advantages especially when children are re-playing their favourite movie.
I enjoy sci-fi, action, a good murder mystery and documentaries.

Romantic Comedies, dramas, comedies, and "kiddie" movies, like the ones on The Disney Channel!!
(except for High School Musical....!!)

It seems like the older I get, the more I enjoy the older movies. I love the old classics when things were more innocent and violence was not so graphic. I think I have every scene from "Streetcar Named Desire" memorized.
