This has happened to 3 games I've had. We play them just fine one day and then the next day the PS2 console says it can't read it! I look at it and the CD doesn't have a scratch on it! (Or hardly has a scratch on it!) I lend my GH2 game to my little bro.s friend and it was working fine, but when i got it back the CD went unnoticed by my PS2! What the hell???

I had the same problem. What i did was i opened up my ps2 and cleaned the lens and all the other things with rubbing alochol . Usally this happens because the lenes need cleaning and because everything is dusty

I agree with the first poster. Try cleaning the laser eye in your PS2, and if that doesn't work, you may need to get the eye replaced.
