newspaper and tie him out back on a leash

Well, children growl at us adults all the time, especially when they can't get the things they wanted though. To me, I will just carry him home till he stops his growl, not because of letting him have his way, but to make him feel the pain of rejection before reasoning with them though.

Children will listen, but must be treated with patience though.

Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)

My Granddaughter doesn't growl, but she does hiss like an angry cat! I think, in her case at least, that she has got to spend more time with human friends and less time out back with our pets. I squirt her with the water bottle, just as we do the pets when they act up. She loves it!! In your case, you could try a meaner growl, and a gentle nip..just to remind him who the Alpha dog is!! Good luck!! Kids! What a hoot they are!!!!

That's funny to me, because when frustrated...I growl and have now passed it onto my daughter. She doesn't growl at me but she's got a pretty good growl!!
